Information You Provide

When you submit a quote request, call us, or email us, we collect the information you give us. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and details about your roofing project such as roof type, roof age, and the problem you are describing. You may also send us photos of your roof.

We ask only for what we need to price the work and schedule it.

Information Collected Automatically

We use a first-party website analytics service to understand which pages visitors read and which marketing efforts bring people to the site. It records page views, the pages you visit, how long you stay, the referring website or campaign that brought you here, and your general device and browser type.

Your IP address is not stored. It is read only long enough to determine which country a visit came from. No city, street, or precise location is collected.

Our analytics does not use cookies. It stores a randomly generated visitor identifier in your browser's own local storage. That identifier is a random value, it is not your name, and it is not used to build an advertising profile of you.

What you type is not read. We record that a form was submitted and the names of the fields on it, never the contents. Your name, phone number, address, and project details go only to us.

Our analytics provider is bound as a service provider under California law. It is prohibited from selling or sharing this information, and from using it for any purpose other than providing analytics to us.

This website does not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or session recording software.

Third-Party Content on Our Website

Our website displays a customer reviews feed and an Instagram photo feed. Both are supplied by Elfsight, SL, C. de la Constitució 17, AD700 Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra. When one of those sections loads, your browser connects to Elfsight's servers, which makes your IP address and browser details visible to them. Their handling of that information is governed by their privacy policy at https://elfsight.com/privacy-policy/.

These sections set one cookie, elfsight_viewed_recently. It lasts 15 seconds and exists only to avoid counting the same visitor twice. It is not used for advertising and it does not follow you to other websites.

Loading the Instagram feed also retrieves photographs from Instagram's content servers, in the same way any image hosted elsewhere would load in your browser.

Payment is arranged directly with us. We do not take payments through this website.

Phone Calls, Text Messages, and Email

When you give us your phone number on a quote form, you are asking us to contact you about that request. We may call, text, or email you about your project. Message and data rates may apply.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Reply STOP to a text message, tell us during a call, or email the address below. We do not sell or rent your phone number or email address to anyone.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with the service providers who make our business run, and only so they can perform work for us:

These providers are bound by contract to use your information only to provide services to us, not for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend our legal rights.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Your Controls

This website does not use advertising or retargeting cookies. The only cookie set is the 15 second view-counting cookie described under Third-Party Content above. Our analytics uses your browser's local storage rather than cookies, which means clearing cookies alone will not remove it.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep quote requests and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, warranty, and licensing obligations. Analytics information is retained in aggregate form. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required by law to keep it, we will delete it.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
