Extend the life of a flat roof

Roof Coating

A quality coating system can add years to a commercial or low slope roof at a fraction of the cost of a full tear off, while reflecting heat and lowering cooling bills.

We start by cleaning and prepping the surface, then repair seams, penetrations, and problem areas before any coating goes down. Prep is what makes a coating last.

Coatings work on most flat and low slope roofs including single ply, modified bitumen, metal, and previously coated surfaces. If the substrate is too far gone, we will say so up front.

The finished membrane is seamless, waterproof, and reflective, which keeps the building noticeably cooler through Bakersfield summers.
